Network

A good network is an important guarantee for the successful path taken by PANDION, and something we foster actively. No matter whether project-related or strategic, in Cologne, Berlin, Munich or at other project locations. To make our products even better and so as to be able to meet the needs of the market and our customers, we trust in cooperations with architects, associations and initiatives.

Our passion for architecture and the high demands made on the quality of the execution of the construction work are the foundation for a number of successful projects we have realised together with some famous architects’ offices such as Hadi Teherani Architects (Hamburg), caspar (Cologne), holger meyer architekten (Frankfurt), HPP Architekten (Düsseldorf) or Römer Kögeler und Partner Architekten (Cologne). The criteria for the choice: quality, creativity, reputation and the know-how gained from projects that have been successfully realised together. Investors, municipalities and not least the users of the property appreciate PANDION’s partner-like approach in equal measure.

Architects

Our partner for that personal touch is the studio ASH, managed by Astrid Kölsche and Silke Knodel. These two architects are responsible for designing the interiors and common spaces of the PANDION properties. Elementary parts of their drafts are the play between light and shadows as well as the contrasting use of different materials – from structured concrete through to wallpaper with a floral motif. ASH´s work is elegant and unmistakeable, and therefore often emphasises the high-class character of buildings even more.

Studio ASH

The German Property Federation (ZIA) with head offices in Berlin was founded in 2006 and represents the interests of capital market-oriented real-estate companies. PANDION has been a member since 2018. ZIA numbers a total of 200 direct members as well as 24 associations representing a total of 37,000 members. In summer 2019, PANDION CEO Reinhold Knodel took over as chairman of the project development working group.

German Property Federation

PANDION is a member of the BFW Bundesverband Freier Immobilien- und Wohnungsunternehmen (German Association for Private Housing and Real Estate Companies). This umbrella organisation takes care of the overall economic conditions for the real-estate industry and is head by state parliaments as well as the Federal Government during legislation proceedings. PANDION has been a member of the NRW state association for many years and has also been actively represented in the Berlin-Brandenburg branch for some time.

Bundesverband Freier Wohnungsunternehmen

PANDION supports the ImmoSport initiative as a gold sponsor, and in particular the cycling branch "ExpoBike". It gets its name from the highlight for the cycling-mad representatives of the real-estate industry: the annual joint tour to the Expo Real in Munich. This initiative donates all of the proceeds to the foundation "Off Road Kids e.V.", which takes care of homeless children in Germany.

The partnership with Europe’s oldest children’s opera is currently dominated by Richard Wagner. His “Ring of the Nibelung” is currently being staged by Cologne Opera in a production suitable for children – not least thanks to PANDION’s long-standing support. Since its foundation in 1996, the children’s opera has staged more than 50 productions and welcomed over 150,000 visitors.

Since 2009, the network AußerGewöhnlich Berlin has been helping to ensure that our capital city continues to prosper while retaining its special spirit. Through its commitment, numerous social and cultural organisations are supported in their work and regional initiatives such as Transiträume are launched. From subculture, to Berlin's middle class, to international corporations, Berliners come together to live the values of "openness, helpfulness, integrity".

AußerGewöhnlich Berlin

Since 1949, the association DIE FAMILIENUNTERNEHMER has represented the economic policy interests of 180,000 family entrepreneurs in Germany (with more than ten employees and more than one million euros in turnover). The association advocates the principles of freedom, property, competition and responsibility as prerequisites for successful entrepreneurship. The family business PANDION has been a member of the entrepreneurial network since 2014 and stands for responsible entrepreneurship.

DIE FAMILIENUNTERNEHMER

The ROTONDA Business Club wants to give space to relationships and bring people together who are on fire for their tasks, ideas and visions. Since its foundation in 1999, the club has offered its members active networking support, attractive premises and inspiring events. The clubs in 8 cities nationwide contribute to a lively economic and social life. They support social projects and are closely connected to the cultural and scientific scene. PANDION board member Reinhold Knodel is a member of the advisory board at the ROTONDA Business Club Cologne.

Rotonda Business Club

Transiträume e. V. is the association for the voluntary initiative of the private real estate industry for the networking of property owners, art, culture and neighbourhoods in the neighbourhood in Berlin and Brandenburg for the temporary use of real estate. The association sees itself as an alliance of the arts and real estate industry for the temporary use of ever new spaces in densifying cities. The PANDION Berlin branch is a founding member of the association.
