Green, relaxed and yet urban. This is the new residential quarter PANDION ALBERTUSSEE in Düsseldorf-Heerdt, where a total of around 450 high-quality condominiums and three daycare centers are being built. Modernly designed foyers and staircases, large communal areas, the lake promenade as well as green roofs and the sustainable use of rainwater round off the quarter. The first apartments are scheduled to be occupied in 2024.

Beat

The outstanding urban development project on Munich’s eastern station is the factory quarter. The architects from holger meyer architektur responsible for PANDION OFFICEHOME Beat have come up with a striking and at the same time elegant office complex in an “industrial look” on its southern boundary. PANDION is building some modern offices with plenty of scope for various designs on a total of 29,000 square metres.

This five-storey complex of buildings with a flexible extension grid for contemporary working environments is being developed in the Kreuzberg district of Berlin. The conceptual draft is a re-interpretation of the classic Berlin courtyard architecture, producing a place for dialogue; dynamic, active and rooted in the neighbourhood. One striking feature is the façade, whose irregular slats make it appear alive.
