PANDION has already successfully completed three of a total of four construction phases on the former Böhmisches Brauhaus site in Berlin-Friedrichshain. Under the project name PANDION MIDTOWN, a total of around 430 condominiums are being built on a gross floor area of around 44,000 square metres. Overall completion is planned for 2026.

In November 2024, we handed over the OFFICEHOME Zinc office building to the single-tenant Enpal. The building is part of the trend-setting OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus, which impresses with its central location between Mediaspree, Rummelsburger Bucht and Ostkreuz in Berlin-Friedrichshain. The six-storey office and commercial project in industrial chic style was designed by Collignon Architekten and offers plenty of space for new ways of working.

Business courtyards for the work of tomorrow are being built in Prinzenstraße 34 in Berlin Kreuzberg. Five stories with commercial units, each covering 400 square metres, PANDION OFFICEHOME The Grid stands out through some future-oriented details. The two-storey entrance to the courtyard area is very striking, further innovative features being a wall area that is covered in moss to collect particulate matter and the bike-friendly access to the underground garage.
