A new residential district with 250 apartments as well as smaller commercial units is being built on the formerly commercially used site at the foot of the Hohenasperg. For the entire quarter, generous green spaces, a public thoroughfare with neighborhood and recreation areas, and additional underground parking spaces are planned.

Rise

The OFFICEHOME Rise is being built in Düsseldorf-Unterbilk in a perfect location between the Media Harbor, which is characterized by sophisticated architecture, and the trendy Loretto district - a quarter that is characterized by frequency and liveliness even in the evening hours. Directly next to the office complex, we are also currently realizing the PANDION NEXT residential building with a daycare center. The two new buildings are connected by a central public, landscaped boulevard.

PANDION DOXX

A spectacular quarter in terms of architecture and location is rising out of the bonded port in Mainz. The high-profile insular position in the marina permits exclusive living by the water. The six-storey PANDION DOXX apartment complex stands out with its unusual double-X structure and golden facade. Around 168 freehold apartments and five commercial units will be built by 2020.
