On the former sports grounds on Jahnstrasse in Leonberg near Stuttgart, apartment blocks have been built according to two architectural designs by Hascher Jehle, as well as a building with commercial space on the ground floor. PANDION has realised 145 flats on the site acquired from the town of Leonberg.

The OFFICEHOME Rise is being built in Düsseldorf-Unterbilk in a perfect location between the Media Harbor, which is characterized by sophisticated architecture, and the trendy Loretto district - a quarter that is characterized by frequency and liveliness even in the evening hours. Directly next to the office complex, we are also currently realizing the PANDION NEXT residential building with a daycare center. The two new buildings are connected by a central public, landscaped boulevard.

The 14-storey office high-rise PANDION OFFICEHOME Francis is being built just 600 metres from Düsseldorf’s main station. Freely configurable office space is being built on a total of 5,400 square metres, ideal for modern working worlds. The highlight is the foyer, for which an exclusive wallpaper has been designed.
