PANDION is successfully pushing ahead with its building project at the Albertussee in Düsseldorf Heerdt. The Cologne-based project developer reached an important milestone at the end of 2021 with the public announcement of the statute resolution for the development plan named "Heerdterhof-Garten" in Düsseldorf’s „Amtsblatt“. The development plan for the area, on which around 750 residential units will be built at Albertussee in the coming years, has thus become legally binding within just three years. Preparatory construction work on the 42,000 square meter site has already begun in the form of initial demolition and earthworks.

"With our construction project at the Albertussee, we are creating attractive living space in a green area, where the direct location on the lake is a real highlight in the big city. The good and smooth cooperation with the city of Düsseldorf as well as the mutual trust is an important basis for us for this and future project developments," says Klaus Küppers, head of the Cologne PANDION branch.
