Our project PANDION ALBERTUSSEE in Düsseldorf-Heerdt is making progress: Shortly before Christmas 2022, we received the first building permit (House 3 from HPP Architects). This allowed our project team to start building construction right at the beginning of the new year.

The second building permit also arrived at the beginning of February. This is the starting signal for the next four houses (House 5 - 8, point houses by Hadi Teherani Architects). Including the early partial building permit for houses 1 and 2, the foundation work for the entire first construction phase (houses 1+2 and 5-8) will now begin. At the same time, we are building a large-scale noise barrier on the Bundesstraße 7, which will be completed in may. Further development measures for the public drainage system are in progress as well.

We are pleased that our residential quarter at the Albertussee is taking more and more shape. We will be happy to keep you up to date on the progress of the project.
