The shell of the first residential building was already completed a few weeks ago - also the first layer of roof sealing has been applied. The first rough installations have also been made. At the same time, we started installing the windows at the beginning of October 2023, so that we can start the interior plastering work soon. Around 150 panes of glass for windows and patio doors will be installed by the end of November 2023. 

The shell of the other houses is also growing steadily in height. Walls are currently being erected in four other parts of the building, and some of the ceilings above the first floor have already been installed. 

In addition, lines and pipes are being laid around the Albertussee in order to connect to the public utilities.
