OFFICEHOME Pollux: A New Workplace Between City Life, Movement and Exchange

May 2026

Between Mediaspree, Ostkreuz and the established urban fabric of Friedrichshain, a new workplace has taken shape over the past months — one that consciously integrates into the dynamic character of its surroundings. With the scheduled completion of OFFICEHOME Pollux, PANDION continues the development of the OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus in Berlin.

From the moment you enter the building, it becomes clear what defines the project: openness, light and a working environment designed not only for functionality, but for quality of stay. Generous ceiling heights, floor-to-ceiling windows and a variety of outdoor spaces create an atmosphere that balances calmness and energy alike. Courtyards, terraces and loggias offer places to retreat within the urban setting — overlooking a neighborhood that has evolved into one of Berlin’s most vibrant office and creative districts in recent years.

The six-storey building comprises around 28,700 square metres of rental space and was designed by kadawittfeldarchitektur. Its flexible office structures allow for a wide range of usage concepts — from traditional office layouts to open, collaborative working environments.

A significant part of the campus is already coming to life: the greentech company Enpal has further expanded its presence at the location and has occupied around 7,650 square metres within OFFICEHOME Pollux since autumn 2025. In addition, further office space has been handed over to another tenant. As a result, the campus is increasingly developing into a place where different companies, working cultures and perspectives come together.

Architecturally, the building follows a clear and enduring design approach. Its anodised aluminium façade creates a nuanced interplay of bronze and silver tones depending on daylight and perspective. At the same time, natural light, landscaped outdoor areas and a resource-conscious building concept contribute to a working environment that combines urban quality with sustainability. The building meets the Efficiency House 55 standard and is set to receive DGNB Gold certification. A photovoltaic system on the roof as well as bicycle and e-charging infrastructure complement the mobility and energy concept.

Step by step, the OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus is evolving into a location that goes far beyond conventional office space — translating modern working environments into a vibrant and urban part of the city.
