We will soon be launching sales of our PANDION BASTIDE residential project in Asperg. Based on designs by ksg Architekten, a total of around 250 condominiums and smaller commercial units are being built here in a loose construction style with three- and four-storey buildings and a staggered storey. In the first stage, 94 apartments and 117 underground parking spaces are for sale on the former commercial site.

For the entire quarter, we have planned extensive green spaces, a public thoroughfare with neighborhood and recreation areas, and around 200 additional underground parking spaces. The concept also provides for partial greening of the facades.

In our project, the name BASTIDE stands for both French country houses and "fortress" and thereby embodies the qualities of the project: the direct view of Hohenasperg Fortress and the echoes of southern architecture.
