NEWS, July 2025 Successful start to dismantling
Demolition work has begun on our Bonn site on the corner of Wielandstrasse, Mirbachstrasse and Kronprinzenstrasse - the starting signal for a new residential quarter with 133 high-quality flats, which will be realised under the name PANDION PRINZZ in the coming years.
The measures currently underway include the careful demolition of the existing buildings above ground, which is expected to be completed by the end of August. The demolition material will be processed as far as possible and then disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. Work will then begin on the excavation pit, followed by the demolition of the underground parts of the building. The demolition and excavation pit are scheduled for completion by the end of November 2025.
