NEWS, March 2025 Successful sales kick-off

At the end of March, we opened our doors to potential buyers on a Sunday afternoon to give them an exclusive insight into our PANDION PRINZZ new-build project. Between 2 and 4 p.m., we welcomed well over 100 guests - including individuals, families with children and interested parties from Bonn and the surrounding area.

The atmosphere was consistently positive: our sales team took time for personal discussions, answered questions about the residential units and was also available for financing advice. The high number of visitors and the enthusiastic feedback once again showed us the great interest in our project. We were particularly pleased that several guests subsequently decided to purchase an apartment in PANDION PRINZZ.

About the project

In the traditional villa district of Bad Godesberg, a high-quality residential ensemble is being built that combines modern architecture with a high quality of life. In addition to 119 condominiums, 14 socially subsidized units will also be integrated into the quarter. A particular highlight: two multi-storey townhouses with six rooms, private entrances and direct access to the underground garage.

Until the end of 2024, the approximately 9,300 square meter property on the corner of Wielandstrasse, Mirbachstrasse and Kronprinzenstrasse was used by the city of Bonn to house refugees. From 2025, demolition will now begin in stages to make room for the new residential ensemble.

With PANDION PRINZZ, we are not only setting architectural accents, but also focusing on sustainability: the residential project meets the requirements of an Efficiency House 40 with the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG) - and goes one step further. The use of resource-conserving materials, renewable energies and climate-friendly mobility solutions ensures long-term value retention.
