Progress at the construction site of our residential development PANDION PRINZZ is now clearly visible. Since April 2026, the first crane has been in operation, and the initial structural works have been completed: foundations and a ground slab have been poured. Following the demolition of the existing buildings and the preparation of the site for new construction, the project has now entered its next phase.

Construction of the basement level is currently underway in the second development phase (Building B). At the same time, necessary stabilization and remediation works are still being carried out on a neighboring property. In the coming weeks, the underground parking garage as well as additional structural elements such as walls, columns, and floor slabs will be constructed. If the excavation works are completed as planned, structural construction for the first development phase (Building A) is scheduled to begin in August.

Sales progressing well

Progress is not limited to the building site: demand for the flats is also high. So far, more than 35 per cent of the flats in the first construction phase have already been sold. Furthermore, sales of the 51 owner-occupied flats with one to five rooms in Building B are set to begin in June. As an Efficiency House 40 with QNG certification, the project focuses on resource-efficient materials, renewable energy and climate-friendly mobility.

With every step forward in construction, the future neighbourhood becomes more visible. We are delighted that PANDION PRINZZ is gradually developing into an attractive new home in the upmarket residential area of Bad Godesberg.
