In mid-December, we laid the foundation stone for our new residential quarter PANDION PRINZZ in the Bad Godesberg district of Bonn in the presence of the planning and construction companies involved in the project, as well as the first buyers. This symbolic milestone marked the start of the construction phase scheduled to begin in February 2026.

On site, Lutz Langer and Klaus Küppers from PANDION presented the key features of the project and the history of the site. Klaus Hox-Beier from the executing architectural firm Römer Kögeler und Partner then informed guests about the architectural designs. This was followed by the traditional ceremony during which a time capsule was filled. Among other items, it contains historical plans, the project’s building specifications, sketches and images, the current issue of the Bonner General-Anzeiger, and several coins. The event concluded with a relaxed get-together featuring hot and cold drinks as well as freshly baked waffles.

On the approximately 9,300-square-metre site at the intersection of Wielandstrasse, Mirbachstrasse and Kronprinzenstrasse, a new residential quarter is being developed under the project name PANDION PRINZZ, scheduled for completion by 2028. The development will comprise 119 privately financed and 14 publicly subsidised residential units, as well as two modern townhouses. PANDION PRINZZ combines the established character of the surrounding villa district with high-quality architecture, sustainable standards and contemporary living comfort – close to the Rhine and surrounded by greenery.

Over the past weeks and months, extensive demolition work involving a total of six building sections has been carried out by the Hagedorn Group. The works are now nearing completion. Following these intensive preparations, construction of the superstructure will officially begin in February 2026.
