On Sunday, November 16, we invited guests to a special event at our new PANDION PRINZZ construction project in beautiful Bonn-Bad Godesberg and opened the gates to the construction site.  In a relaxed atmosphere, over a warm cup of coffee, numerous interested parties took advantage of this opportunity to gain an exclusive insight into the construction project and the current progress of construction directly on site. Despite the cold weather and rain, we counted more than 50 interested parties who did not want to miss this opportunity.

Our sales team was on hand for initial consultations and provided information about the available residential units in our project in the villa district. Our financial partner Hüttig & Rompf was also on site to answer questions about the important topic of real estate financing. The event offered an ideal opportunity to experience firsthand what it´s like to live in this special location – close to the Rhine, in a quiet and green setting, with good infrastructure and transport links.
