PANDION and SAHLE co-operate to build in Düsseldorf Heerdt

Yesterday, we sold around 6,700 square meters of our PANDION ALBERTUSSEE project to Sahle Wohnen. The long-established family-owned company from Greven with decades of experience in publicly subsidized housing construction will thus build approximately 14,500 square meters of living space for publicly subsidized rental apartments and rent-controlled apartments in our neighborhood.

In total, PANDION is developing a high-quality, well-mixed and ecologically thought-out residential quarter with a total of around 750 residential units on the approximately 42,000-square-meter site at the Albertussee. PANDION´s 450 condominiums will be supplemented by around 300 units for social and rent-controlled housing.

"We have already been working very successfully hand in hand with Sahle Wohnen in a spirit of partnership for many years and are delighted that we will now also be realizing our largest residential project in Düsseldorf together at present," said Klaus Küppers, NRW branch manager at PANDION. "Together, we are creating a neighborhood with modern, high-quality living space in the state capital - and not far from the city center, yet surrounded by greenery."
