INSIGHT INTO THE FINANCIAL SITUATION OF THE PAST FISCAL YEAR

June 2023

2022 was a special year: On the one hand, we look back on our 20th anniversary as a milestone in the company´s history and on what PANDION has achieved during this time: Today, we are known in the market as one of the leading project developers in Germany, employ more than 230 people in four branches and have created unique residential and commercial projects in attractive locations.

However, the year 2022 was also characterized by the challenges known around the world as well as increased construction costs and sharply higher interest rates. The current market situation is therefore also challenging for our company. Nevertheless, we are optimistic about these circumstances and will continue to pursue our successful strategy of developing residential and commercial properties in good to very good locations in German A-cities.
