The largest commercial building in the history of PANDION AG is currently under construction in Munich´s Werksviertel. The German Patent and Trademark Office DPMA will move in. We are pleased with the progress of the growing new office building - the completion of the shell and the topping-out ceremony in June marked a milestone for the project. The space has already been fully leased to the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA) for 15 years in 2021, and with its more than 44,000 square meters of GFA, OFFICEHOME Soul is set to become an additional location for the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA). Up to 1,350 workstations will be available for the latter. The office complex is scheduled for completion in mid-2024. At the end of 2021, the project was acquired by Union Investment as part of a forward funding.

In June, we were able to celebrate the topping-out ceremony with all those involved in the project who made this success possible in the first place. We are pleased and proud that we have succeeded in realizing such a large and exciting project despite difficult market conditions. With our office concept, we strive to transfer the high quality of living from the residential area to the office world.
