Düsseldorf´s city center is enriched by a high-quality office building

The architectural competition for our office building at Oststrasse 34, corner of Leopoldstrasse in Düsseldorf has been decided. At the jury meeting on June 27, 2023, the high-rise design by HPP Architekten was convincing across the board.

"With this project, we are meeting the challenge of an urgently needed urban repair in a striking downtown location in Düsseldorf," said Klaus Küppers, head of PANDION´s NRW office. "HPP´s design gives the project an independent, representative identity, while at the same time blending very harmoniously into the public space. Particularly noteworthy is the landscaped courtyard, which will provide real added value and a quiet retreat for future tenants."

The project at Oststrasse 34 has a gross floor area of approximately 12,500 square meters and is to be realized under our PANDION OFFICEHOME brand. The dismantling of the existing building is planned for the beginning of 2025.
