With the receipt of the building permit, PANDION has started the construction measures for the projekt PANDION NEUN FREUNDE in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. On a total living space of around 10,000 square meters, 136 apartments will be built by 2022. PANDION NEUN FREUNDE is being built in the immediate neighborhood of PANDION FÜNF FREUNDE, PANDION’s second residential construction project in the new „Ehrenveedel“ district.
