PANDION VALLON – Düsseldorf Düsseltal

In 2006, the German Army quit the Reitzenstein barracks on the borders of the Düsseltal, Mörsenbroich and Grafenberg districts in Düsseldorf. The site was converted into a residential district, PANDION was able to secure three building plots and built 98 freehold apartments to the plans of the GNA Grimbacher Nogales Architekten. The new urban quarter is very family-friendly and close to the city centre.
