PANDION VILLE – Bonn Duisdorf

PANDION VILLE is a new and modern residential quarter in a park in the Duisdorf district of Bonn, which is characterised by its proximity to the city centre, but above all by its location in the countryside. PANDION has built a total of 394 owner-occupied flats in three construction phases based on designs by Cologne-based Römer Kögeler und Partner Architekten. In addition, 143 publicly subsidised flats are being built by the company Sahle Wohnen. A municipal daycare centre is also planned for the western part of the site, commercial space will be developed in the eastern part and there will be central public play and green areas for residents and the neighbourhood.
