PANDION VILLE – Bonn Duisdorf

PANDION VILLE, a new and modern residential quarter, is being built in a park in the Duisdorf district of Bonn. It is characterized by its proximity to the city center, but above all by its location in the countryside. PANDION is building a total of 394 condominiums in three construction phases according to the designs of the Cologne-based firm Römer Kögeler und Partner Architekten. In addition, 143 publicly subsidized apartments are being built by the company Sahle Wohnen. In addition, a municipal daycare center is planned for the western part of the site, while commercial space will be developed in the eastern part and there will be central public playgrounds and green spaces for residents and the neighborhood.
