PANDION VERDE – Munich Perlach

New living space in south-east Munich: As part of the PANDION VERDE construction project, 141 condominiums have already been built on Zenzl-Mühsam-Straße in Munich-Perlach, which were handed over in 2024. Further residential space is currently being created in the second construction phase with 135 additional residential units. The two construction phases PANDION VERDE1 and VERDE2 are part of the 12.8-hectare development area of the former Piederstorfer gravel works, which is located to the west of Alexisweg. A new urban quarter with modern condominiums, terraced houses and its own infrastructure - including a neighbourhood promenade, shopping facilities and childcare facilities - is being built here in several construction phases.
