PANDION MIDTOWN – Berlin Friedrichshain

On the former site of the Böhmisches Brauhaus in Berlin-Friedrichshain, PANDION is realising the new construction of around 430 condominiums under the project name PANDION MIDTOWN. The first three of a total of four construction phases have already been successfully completed. The completion of the new quarter is scheduled for late summer 2026.
