    • NEWS, July 2024 Structural completion of PANDION NEXT and OFFICEHOME Rise successfully achieved

    At the beginning of July, the topping-out ceremony was celebrated for two key new developments in Düsseldorf: the PANDION NEXT residential neighborhood and the adjacent 70-meter-high OFFICEHOME Rise office tower, both located in the Unterbilk district. The projects are connected by a publicly accessible boulevard, creating a new urban axis between the Medienhafen and Lorettoviertel. Completion of both projects is scheduled for 2025.

    The event, attended by around 320 guests, took place on the ground floor of the future office building. Guests included project partners, real estate agents, representatives of the anchor tenant EY, and the buyers of the PANDION NEXT residential units. Düsseldorf Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller opened the ceremony with a speech highlighting the neighborhood’s urban significance. Following this, representatives from PANDION, the City of Düsseldorf, the future anchor tenant EY, and the architects discussed the project’s potential for the city. The traditional topping-out ritual and the raising of the topping-out wreath marked the ceremony, which concluded with live music and regional specialties.

    Urban Living, Working, and Leisure

    PANDION NEXT is being developed as a multi-generational residential neighborhood, featuring condominiums, rent-controlled apartments, publicly subsidized senior residences, and a kindergarten, creating a family-friendly environment. OFFICEHOME Rise complements the neighborhood as a modern office location, linking work and living in a vibrant, urban setting.
