The kindergarten integrated into the PANDION NEXT project on Völklinger Straße was successfully sold on December 19, 2025, to a client of the Cologne-based multi-family office TRESONO. The sale underscores the high quality and sustainability of the educational offering, as well as the attractiveness of the entire neighborhood.

Early Childhood Education with Urban Value

The kindergarten’s pedagogical concept focuses on arts and culture, education for sustainable development, and practical democracy. Its central location in Düsseldorf allows children to engage actively with the city through museum visits, walks along the Rhine, or trips to political institutions such as the state parliament. A major highlight for children and parents alike is the spacious, nature-oriented outdoor area in the protected courtyard of PANDION NEXT. Here, children have daily opportunities to play, explore, and move freely – calm, safe, and yet right in the heart of the city.
