A new chapter in urban living is about to begin at Diakonissenplatz in the popular west of Stuttgart: PANDION LIV is a high-quality new building complex with a total of 91 condominiums. Demolition of the existing buildings is expected to be completed by spring.

On site, we meet branch manager Bettina Klenk, who takes us on a short tour of the future construction site on Rosenbergstraße. There, she presents the new residential project of the Stuttgart team in more detail. She talks about the architectural quality and the well-thought-out floor plans of the apartments, about the special location between urbanity and neighborhood directly on the newly greened Diakonissenplatz in one of the most popular districts. We see the surroundings and get a feel for what life in the west of Stuttgart could actually be like.
