A new chapter of urban living will soon begin on Diakonissenplatz in the popular west of Stuttgart: PANDION LIV is a high-quality new building ensemble with a total of 91 condominiums that combines modern living comfort, sustainable construction and urban planning sensitivity. Demolition work on the two currently vacant existing buildings will start shortly. 

Previously, the two buildings on the inner-city property were professionally gutted and completely dismantled. The focus was on resource-saving and efficient recycling of the materials produced. Through careful separation and reprocessing, valuable building materials could be returned to the material cycle – an essential step in terms of responsible project development. In the coming years, a new building designed by Steinhoff/Haehnel architects will be built on the same site, which blends harmoniously into the grown urban environment. The architecture of PANDION LIV picks up on the scale of the neighbourhood and interprets it in a contemporary way – with clear lines, high-quality materials and well thought-out floor plans that meet the demands of urban lifestyles. 

Sustainability as a promise of quality 

A special focus is on the sustainability of the project: PANDION LIV is being built in accordance with the Efficiency House 40 standard and bears the Sustainable Building Quality Seal (QNG). The project thus meets high ecological, economic and socio-cultural requirements and offers its future residents an energy-efficient and future-proof home. 

A milestone to witness 

The next milestone is already within reach: On January 21, 2026, PANDION invites you to an event where interested parties and the first buyers of the residential units can experience the start of the demolition work live on site. The event will be an opportunity to follow the start of the construction phase up close and learn more about the project and its further development.
