The new year began in Stuttgart with a New Year´s reception and the start of demolition work on our PANDION LIV residential project. The reception in the demolition building was a real highlight. Branch manager Bettina Klenk officially gave the signal for the start of demolition work on the vacant office buildings, and around 50 guests were there live on January 21 when the demolition excavator started work on Rosenbergstraße.

For PANDION, the urban residential project in Stuttgart´s popular west district is its first inner-city project in the state capital. Not only that, but the residential project is being built to the Efficiency House 40 standard and bears the Sustainable Building Quality Seal (QNG). PANDION LIV thus meets high ecological and economic requirements and offers a sustainable, future-proof home.
