A lot has happened at our construction site on Alsdorfer Straße in recent weeks. We are therefore delighted to announce an important milestone: the shell construction of the first construction phase has been successfully completed. This construction phase includes the three residential buildings Haus 4, 5, and 9. A total of 57 modern apartments with one to five rooms are being built here, offering a wide range of options for different lifestyles – from compact apartments to spacious family homes.

Parallel to the completion of the shell construction, the finishing trades have already started their work. The rough installations for electrical, heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems are underway, marking the transition from structural construction to the technical and design elaboration of the buildings. In addition, the windows have already been installed in most of the apartments. By Christmas, all three buildings will be fully glazed—another step toward closed, weatherproof buildings.

The project is also taking shape on the outside: facade work and roofing work have begun, gradually giving the houses their external appearance. With each stage of construction, it becomes clearer how the new neighborhood is growing and blending harmoniously into its surroundings.
