A total of 230 new flats are being built on a plot of around 15,000 square metres on Alsdorfer Strasse, supplemented by a daycare centre and generous open spaces. The 164 condominiums have private outdoor areas and are completely barrier-free - from the underground car park to the flat. PANDION COSY stands for sustainable, modern living in a quiet location with a green inner courtyard, sharing options such as electric cargo bikes and a high quality of life for families, singles and couples.

 

At the end of 2024, we heralded the official start of construction of PANDION COSY with a ceremonial laying of the foundation stone. We were joined by local politicians, partner companies and the first buyers. A lot has happened since then - the shell of the building is growing steadily and the first walls and floors are already in place. The subsidised housing construction of our partner Sahle Wohnen is also making visible progress. We are delighted that the new residential neighbourhood continues to take shape day by day and will be happy to keep you up to date.
