NEWS, April 2025 An afternoon of enjoyment in the Cologne wine cellar

The historic Cologne wine cellar is just a few steps away from our new PANDION COSY building project. We took this special neighborhood as an opportunity to host an exclusive event in an extraordinary setting.

We welcomed our invited guests to an exquisite wine tasting in the traditional vaults of the Cologne wine cellar on Stolberger Strasse. In a stylish atmosphere, the participants were not only able to be inspired by selected top wines, but also learn more about our new construction project and gain impressions of the neighborhood of their potential new home. Personal discussions with our sales team resulted in numerous exciting insights and individual conversations about the construction project.

Another highlight of the afternoon was a guided tour of the wine cellar. Our guests were immersed in the eventful history of the company - from its foundation by Cornelius Stüssgen to its current location in Cologne-Braunsfeld. The opportunity to discuss the exclusive range of wines with an experienced sommelier was also particularly appreciated. It is hardly surprising that the Cologne wine cellar was awarded the title “Wine Merchant of the Year 2025” - after all, it combines decades of expertise with Cologne charm and a great atmosphere.

About the project

At Alsdorfer Strasse 7-9 in Cologne´s Braunsfeld district, PANDION COSY is creating around 230 new apartments - 164 of which will be condominiums supplemented by social housing. A daycare center is also planned for the 16,000 square meter site.

The new-build project offers quiet and modern living around a green inner courtyard - ideal for anyone who values a relaxed living environment. The cleverly designed apartments, ranging in size from 48 to 99 m², all have private outdoor areas such as balconies, loggias, roof terraces or private gardens. Accessibility is also a top priority: From the parking space in the underground garage, residents can reach their apartment without any thresholds. A wide range of mobility and service offerings in the neighborhood ensure a high quality of life in everyday life - including free-to-use electric cargo bikes. With its generous open spaces, playgrounds and its own daycare center, the neighborhood invites people to arrive, meet and linger. The project is also impressive when it comes to sustainability: photovoltaic systems cover the general electricity requirements, the building meets the requirements for an Efficiency House 55 and corresponds to energy efficiency class A.
