2nd place as real estate management of the year

With the 2nd place in the election for the real estate management of the year 2023 was awarded on Thursday evening in Berlin our PANDION service company! We congratulate Toni Altindagoglu and his team on their well-deserved success. PANDION SERVICE was nominated for the coveted industry Oscar of the Association of Property Managers Germany (VDIV) and won 2nd place for its innovative business orientation and digital pioneering work.

This year, the competition was looking for property management companies that had used the WEG reform to realign their company and position it for the future. The demonstrably successful support of all management tasks by digital solutions and especially the co-development of a software for the hybrid WEG-assembly were decisive for the award of the PANDION service company. The 1st place was won by ECOWO from Gelsenkirchen (Vonovia Group), 3rd winner was Mönig Immobilienmanagement GmbH from Böblingen.

The winners for the property management of the year were honored and duly celebrated at the festive evening of the German Managers´ Day. The awards were presented by TV presenter Annika Lau and VDIV Association President Wolfgang D. Heckeler. The administrator day took place this year for the 31st time. Bundestag Vice President Wolfgang Kubicki and the housing policy representatives of the parliamentary groups in the German Bundestag spoke about the future of the industry and housing at the German Managers´ Day 2023. Virtual owner meetings, CO2 savings in existing buildings, e-mobility, personnel management and current legal topics were also the focus of the congress. A total of more than 1,200 specialists and managers as well as more than 100 exhibitors took part.
