On 28 November, we laid the foundation stone for our new Cologne residential quarter PANDION COSY, marking the official start of construction. The traditional ceremony was attended by District Mayor Volker Spelthann and District Mayor Cornelia Weitekamp as well as representatives of HPP Architekten and Sahle Wohnen. The guests included other project participants and the first buyers of the high-quality residential units.

´The fact that 35 per cent of the residential units in the first construction phase have already been sold before the start of construction underlines the confidence of our buyers and the attractiveness of the location.
