Now it starts, we start the sale in our residential project PANDION BASTIDE in the Swabian town of Asperg near Ludwigsburg. A total of around 250 apartments are being built at the foot of the Hohenasperg, nestled between meadows and vineyards. In the first construction phase, 65 condominiums will now be sold. Two- to five-room apartments and penthouses with living areas of 42 to 120 square meters are planned. Completion is expected from summer 2029.

After an energy-efficient replanning, the sustainable residential quarter will be realised as a KfW Efficiency House 40 with QNG certification and will rely on air heat pumps, photovoltaics and a CO₂-neutral heat supply, among other things. This is attractive for buyers due to the associated KfW funding programme. In addition to owner-occupiers, the project is also aimed at investors who can benefit from tax depreciation options.
