In the current edition of our corporate magazine, we explore the question of perfect service and when you feel like you´re in the best hands as a customer. To this end, we went to the Breidenbacher Hof in Düsseldorf - one of the most prestigious hotels in Germany, known for its perfect service. While there, we spoke with Dr. Nicole Klein, a university professor from Stuttgart, who explains to us what constitutes good service and how it is changing in the digitalized world.
We also include colleagues from our own ranks. On the final pages, as usual, you will find news from of PANDION as well as answers from four of our colleagues to the question of what kind of service they like to spend their money on.
