On December 16, 2025, we laid the foundation stone for our new residential quarter in the Bad Godesberg district of Bonn. Together with the planning and construction companies involved in the project and the first buyers, we celebrated the official start of the construction phase. A new residential quarter with 119 condominiums, 14 socially subsidized residential units, and two townhouses is being built on the approximately 9,300 square meter site on Wielandstraße, Mirbachstraße, and Kronprinzenstraße. PANDION PRINZZ combines the established atmosphere of the villa district with high-quality architecture, sustainable standards, and contemporary living comfort – close to the Rhine and surrounded by greenery.

On site, Lutz Langer and Klaus Küppers from PANDION presented the special features of the project and the history of the site, while Klaus Hox-Beier from the architectural firm Römer Kögeler und Partner, which is carrying out the project, informed the guests about the designs. The traditional ceremony was followed by a relaxed get-together with hot and cold drinks and fresh waffles.

In recent weeks, the extensive demolition of a total of six building sections was carried out by the Hagedorn Group. The buildings were stripped back, refurbished and demolished. With the exception of one remaining building, the works have already been completed. This allowed the guests at our groundbreaking ceremony to experience first-hand the impressive scale of the construction site in the middle of the villa district. We are pleased that, following these intensive preparations, the official start of structural construction is scheduled for February 2026.
