The reception in the demolition building was a real highlight. Branch manager Bettina Klenk officially gave the signal for the start of demolition work on the vacant office buildings. In their place, a new building designed by Steinhoff/Haehnel Architects from Stuttgart with a total of 91 residential units will be constructed, which will blend harmoniously into the established urban environment. Around 50 guests were there live on January 21 when the demolition excavator started work on Rosenbergstraße. We had previously made the rooms in the rear building available to young Stuttgart artists from the graffiti scene. They transformed the property into a temporary work of art and gave the event an extraordinary, creative setting.
