Together with the City of Cologne and other sponsors from culture and business, PANDION supports the new Gottfried Böhm Scholarship for post-master architects from all over the world. The scholarship is intended to give newly graduated young architects the opportunity to spend a year developing a creative and visionary urban planning project for Cologne and the region. With the scholarship, the City of Cologne and the sponsors of the scholarship want to honor the Pritzker Prize winner Gottfried Böhm, who died in 2001.
The application deadline is August 31 of this year. The fellowship will start in October 2023, and the fellows will each receive free accommodation for one year, a workplace in a creative environment in the heart of the city - at the Forum of the Foundation for Art and Architecture - and a monthly grant totaling 2,500 euros. The scholarship is offered and managed by the Verein der Freunde und Förderer der Technischen Hochschule Köln e.V. The patron of the scholarship is Cologne Mayor Henriette Reker.
