PANDION buys 3rd plot for OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus

In Berlin-Friedrichshain, PANDION is developing the three-part OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus with 50,000 m² of total lettable space. For the third construction phase, we have purchased an approx. 4,750 m² plot in Persiusstraße. A six-storey office building with 13,000 m² gross floor area above ground is being built on this site in cooperation with kadawittfeldarchitektur. Construction is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2024.

"With the purchase of the third plot, we are completing our campus idea in the middle of urban Berlin-Friedrichshain. Here too, we will continue the high-quality architectural language from the other two buildings of the OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus. In a prime location, we are creating the ideal environment for companies that value future-oriented and flexible office space for their employees," says Mathias Groß, head of the PANDION Berlin branch.
