PANDION SERVICE grows in 2020 and makes digital voting possible

February 2021

Cologne-based property manager PANDION Service mbH, a subsidiary of PANDION AG, can look back on a successful 2020. In addition to exceeding the revenue threshold of one million euros for the first time, the company, which has been managed by Toni Altindagoglu since 2015, has been able to expand its management portfolio in 2020 to over 2,000 residential and commercial units and around 2,200 parking space units. In the current year, the managed portfolio will grow to around 3,000 residential and commercial units and 3,300 parking units because of the addition of management units.

Most of the growth will take place around developer projects in new buildings. However, commercial portfolios and third-party portfolios are also included in the manager's portfolio. PANDION SERVICE is particularly pleased about the increase in sales of its new rental services, which have now been successfully launched on the market.

The company, which now has 17 employees, has also been working for over a year on digitizing votes in owners' meetings and wants to develop a further unique selling point with this service. After the new Residential Property Act (WEG) came into force in December, hybrid meeting formats with presence and online participants are now also possible.

In 2021, PANDION Servicegesellschaft will be one of the leading property managers in Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Berlin and Munich, with a total of well over 6,000 management units.
