In the Düsseldorf district of Unterbilk, between the lively Loretto quarter and the media harbour characterised by sophisticated architecture, we are planning the development of PANDION RISE - a new landmark for the state capital. The office building with a total of 17 floors is located on a 12,500 square metre site in the direct neighbourhood of the city gate. In mid-August, we will start renting the office space through the two exclusively commissioned brokerage houses ANTEON and Colliers.

On a total rental area of approx. 35,000 square meters, we are creating space for up to 2,000 people in the PANDION RISE. The modern office building is part of a quarter development: On the eastern part of the site, directly beside the office complex, we are planning a residential building with around 150 apartments and a daycare centre. The two new buildings will be connected by a central public and green boulevard.

Construction work on our new high-rise building is scheduled to start at the end of this year, with completion scheduled for the end of 2023.
