Berlin office project PANDION THE GRID sold to a DWS property fund

Although currently still under construction, it will soon be a Berlin business courtyard offering space for modern working in tomorrow’s world: our PANDION THE GRID project. PANDION has now sold this project, which lies centrally on Moritzplatz, to a DWS property fund. The anchor tenant for almost half of the space on offer and more than 400 jobs will be the firm of Adesso.

One innovative highlight of the project is the moss-covered wall area to collect particulate matter in the passage. Future-oriented topics are taken up here together with the large number of cycle racks and the bike-friendly slope of the ramp to the underground garage. PANDION THE GRID has already been pre-certified for the DNGB Gold Standard on the basis of these and other qualities with respect to sustainability and resource conservation.
