We have sold part of our development PANDION ALBERTUSSEE in Düsseldorf-Heerdt to GARBE Urban Real Estate. This comprises the fourth construction phase of our project, covering approximately 9,300 square metres of land. With this sale, we are consistently continuing the strategic development of the 42,000-square-metre development. The sold site offers potential for the creation of approximately 12,000 square metres of residential space. The plan is to construct four modern apartment blocks using timber-frame construction, thereby optimising efficiency and laying the foundations for a positive environmental footprint in the new development.

“With the sale of this development phase, we are gaining a strong partner who shares and supports our vision of a sustainable, high-quality residential neighbourhood,” says our NRW branch manager Klaus Küppers. “Together with GARBE and Sahle Wohnen, we will continue to develop the site in partnership and complete the neighbourhood together.”
