This year’s edition of the polis Convention has once again demonstrated why it ranks among the most important industry gatherings for urban and project development. Two intensive days at the exhibition in Düsseldorf were dominated by face-to-face meetings, current market trends and new perspectives for the future of urban spaces.

At the joint stands of the cities of Cologne and Düsseldorf, we presented our current projects in both cities. The focus was on our PĀN neighbourhood development on the Max Becker site. With its mix of residential, commercial, cultural and green spaces, it is setting new trends in the urban landscape and attracted great interest from visitors to the fair.

The polis Convention has long since established itself as a fixture on the calendar: its compact layout, short distances and close proximity to relevant topics have made it an unmissable event for the industry for years. Its strong regional focus is particularly valued – mayors, councillors, department heads and key players from the property and urban development sectors all come together here in one place.

For us, the fair provided an ideal platform to nurture existing contacts, forge new connections and discuss current challenges and opportunities in urban development together. We look forward to being there again next year!
