Shortly before the end of the year, we successfully opened our new office building on Völklinger Straße in Düsseldorf and handed over the first spaces to our anchor tenant, EY. The international auditing and consulting firm is occupying approximately one-third of the total 35,000 square meters of office space, which spans the third through sixth floors of the six-story podium building. We met on-site with Titus Zwirner and Anna Schümann from EY to personally hand over the space and toast to our partnership.

During a joint tour of the courtyard, the lobby, and the leased spaces, we took in the modern office spaces and subsequently discussed the unique features of this striking new building. Among the highlights of EY’s leased space is the Belvedere floor on the 6th floor of the podium building, which, with its approximately 400-square-meter rooftop terrace, can be used in the future both as an event space and as an inspiring venue for outdoor meetings.
