The excavators will soon be rolling in: PANDION LIV, a high-quality new building complex with a total of 91 condominiums, is being built on Diakonissenplatz. The two vacant office buildings were first professionally gutted and dismantled to ensure that the materials could be recycled in an environmentally friendly and efficient manner.

After demolition, we will construct a new building on the same site that will blend harmoniously into the established urban environment. The project meets the sustainable Efficiency House 40 standard and bears the Sustainable Building Quality Seal (QNG).

For PANDION, this urban residential project in the popular west of the city is its first inner-city project in Stuttgart, a modern home in the middle of a lively neighborhood.
