We are pleased to announce the sale of our apartment building on Lilli-Palmer-Straße in Arnulfpark. The property, which comprises 21 serviced apartments and additional office space, was sold to a joint venture between Peterborough Capital and DW Real Estate. The transaction was supported by CBRE.

We are looking forward to the future development of our boarding house, which has been successfully managed for many years.
