PANDION BEL: Development plan legally binding

Great news from Düsseldorf: the development plan for our PANDION BEL neighbourhood in the Oberkassel district is legally binding! Over the next few years, a lively urban quarter with around 1,000 flats will be created on the approximately 46,500 square metre site of the former goods station at Belsenpark, combining modern architecture, sustainable quality of life and urban diversity. Our aspirations are high: with a DGNB neighbourhood certification in platinum and the EH40 QNG energy standard, we are setting forward-looking standards for climate protection and resource conservation - and at the same time creating space for a new urban community. The building application has already been submitted for the first construction site with the project name GREENS, and we expect approval shortly. We are looking forward to starting sales soon and are excited about the response on the market.
