Siemens as sole tenant in OFFICEHOME Beat

PANDION leases Munich’s OFFICEHOME Beat to Siemens as sole tenant. With a gross floor area of around 33,000 square metres, this is the largest commercial lease in Munich in 2025. The move-in is scheduled for October 2027. The building, designed by holger meyer architektur, combines timeless elegance in an industrial look with state-of-the-art energy efficiency and is striving for DGNB Gold certification. A newly planned staggered floor offers attractive open spaces, including a 320-square-metre Skygarden with a view of the Alps. The roof area will be extensively greened and equipped with photovoltaic elements.

Parallel to the signing of the lease, we started with the shell construction work. With OFFICEHOME Beat and its sister project OFFICEHOME Soul, we are designing a new urban ensemble at the southern entrance to the Werksviertel. "We are delighted to have found a new and attractive location in an urban environment for our employees and trainees, which offers us ideal conditions for creating innovative and appealing working environments," says Jörg Vocke, CEO of Siemens Real Estate. The brokerage of the lease for the OFFICEHOME Beat was successfully accompanied by JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle).
