PANDION VILLE – all condominiums sold
We are delighted to have reached a significant milestone in our Bonn project PANDION VILLE: All condominiums in the quarter have now been sold! This marks a major success in the development of the 76,000 square meter area of the former Gallwitz barracks in Bonn-Duisdorf.
Our project comprises a total of 537 apartments, which will provide a new home for around 1,300 people in the future. Of these, 394 condominiums have already been completed and sold, while 143 publicly subsidized housing units are currently being realized by our partner Sahle Wohnen. With the sale of the last units in December 2024, we have successfully completed a central component of our quarter. Our regional manager for North Rhine-Westphalia, Klaus Küppers, emphasizes: "The condominiums are an essential part of the quarter and contribute significantly to creating a vibrant and diverse environment. Now it´s time to successfully implement other important elements such as the publicly subsidized rental apartments, the daycare center, commercial spaces, and the central square together with our partners."
We are proud to make an important contribution to creating urgently needed housing in Bonn with PANDION VILLE. After acquiring the area in 2016, we started the quarter development with the aim of creating a future-oriented living environment. In addition to the apartments, our concept includes generous public green spaces, a central park, as well as playgrounds and recreational areas designed to promote social interaction. A neighborhood meeting place for seniors and various initiatives to involve residents are intended to further strengthen the community.
We will remain active in Bonn in the future: In the district of Bad Godesberg, we are already planning our next residential project, PANDION PRINZZ. Here, 133 apartments will be built along Wieland, Mirbach, and Kronprinzenstrasse, including 14 publicly subsidized units. The sales launch is planned for February 2025, and we look forward to welcoming the first residents from 2028 onwards.
