GREENS – Düsseldorf Oberkassel

The GREENS project in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel is part of the PANDION BEL project development and forms an important building block in the PANDION portfolio of mixed-use neighborhoods in preferred inner-city locations. In the first construction phase, a modern residential complex with a total of 108 condominiums is being built on a plot of around 4,500 m². The project is scheduled for completion in 2027. In addition to the residential space, other types of use such as office space, retail space and daycare centers are planned in the overall project in order to create a diverse and vibrant quarter.
