GREENS – Düsseldorf Oberkassel

The GREENS project in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel is part of the PANDION BEL project development and forms an important building block in the PANDION portfolio of mixed-use neighborhoods in preferred inner-city locations. In the first construction phase, a modern residential complex with a total of 108 condominiums is being built on a plot of around 4,500 m². In addition to the residential space, other types of use such as office space, retail space and daycare centers are planned in the overall project in order to create a diverse and vibrant quarter.
