OFFICEHOME Oststraße – Düsseldorf city center

At the beginning of 2022, PANDION acquired a centrally located office and commercial complex from the 1950s in the western city centre of Düsseldorf. Since 2023, we have been making the approximately 2,000 square metres of vacant space on the ground floor and basement of the existing building available for a special kind of interim cultural use. We are working here with the renowned ‘asphalt Festival’, which was founded in 2012 as an interdisciplinary summer festival of the arts and offers a colourful programme of drama, music, dance, literature and performance art at various locations in Düsseldorf every year. Once the interim use has been completed, PANDION plans to dismantle the old complex and construct a new, high-quality office building under the brand of PANDION OFFICEHOME.
